In line with the suggestions and rigorous supervision of Oxford University professors, and the tireless efforts of local programmers working for US companies, RIDEA has established an online platform for surveys.

Through this platform, the further sophistication of the working method is sought, and consequently the increase of accuracy and precision of the findings and the minimization of the margin of error in surveys, using, among other things, mechanisms such as GeoLocation collection & tracking. For this purpose, the training of the field interviewers on the use of electronic tablets and the techniques of conducting field interviews through online platform has been held.

All this was made possible through the comprehensive and generous support of the Norwegian MFA, respectively the Norwegian Embassy in Kosovo.
